Accounts and sources - Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA), cited by Middle East Monitor and Anadolu, said Israeli artillery targeted the outskirts of Kfara, Beit Yahoun and Shaqra in the Bint Jbeil district and that a large explosion occurred around the city of Bint Jbeil. - Middle East Eye, citing its reporting from the field, said Israeli forces struck several locations across southern Lebanon and that the NNA reported Israeli artillery targeted the eastern edge of Chaqra (Shaqra) in Bint Jbeil district. - Middle East Eye also reported a drone strike near the La Vita restaurant between Nabatieh al-Fawqa and Mayfadoun (Nabatieh governorate) and an air attack on the outskirts of Bani Haiyyan (Marjayoun district).

Contradictions and clarifications Later accounts describe the same wider set of strikes but differ in some place names and emphasis. Middle East Eye lists a drone strike near La Vita and an air attack near Bani Haiyyan; Middle East Monitor (via NNA and Anadolu) emphasised large explosions and machine-gun fire and named Kfara, Beit Yahoun and Shaqra as artillery targets. These accounts are not mutually exclusive but do not identify the exact same individual strikes.
